Step-by-step instructions for every role — from first login to a fully published season schedule.
For All Users
These guides apply regardless of your role in ScheduleRama.
Login & Session Basics
Navigate to your organization's ScheduleRama URL. Enter your credentials and select "Remember Me" to stay logged in. Sessions time out after 8 hours of inactivity — your data is always saved.
Navigation & Page Access
The left sidebar contains your primary navigation. Pages visible to you are determined by your role. If you expect to see a page and don't, contact your Athletic Director or Super Admin to check your permissions.
Schedule Views & Filters
Use the filter bar at the top of the Schedule page to narrow by sport, level, date range, and status. Save frequently-used filter combinations as named views for one-click access.
Game Statuses
Every game shows a colored status indicator: green (Confirmed), orange (Pending), grey (Non-Counting), red (Cancelled). Hover any indicator to see the full status label and last-updated time.
Profile & Password
Update your name, email, and notification preferences under your profile icon in the top-right corner. To change your password, select "Security" from the profile dropdown.
Jump to Your Role
Super Admin
Manage users, configure permissions, create schools and leagues, oversee imports and governance.
League Admin
Run Group Scheduler, manage school memberships, triage inbox, and generate league-wide reports.
Athletic Director
Manage your school's teams, games, facilities, contacts, and weekly reporting workflows.
Coach
Use Game Finder, manage your Inbox, track your team schedule, and stay on top of checklist items.
