Requests Inbox

Every game request, message, and approval in one thread-based inbox. No more lost emails. No more "who said what when."

Communication Hub

One Inbox for Every
Game Conversation

The Requests Inbox ties every conversation to a specific game — so context is never lost and accountability is always clear.

Requests

Incoming & Outgoing

See all requests you've sent and received in one unified inbox. Filter by status — Pending, Approved, Declined, or Needs Response. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Threads

Message Threads

Every request has its own message thread. All back-and-forth communication stays tied to the game — not buried in an email chain you'll never find again.

Actions

Approve, Decline, Counter

Respond to any request with a single click. Approve to confirm the game, decline with a reason, or counter-propose a different date or venue directly in the thread.

Notifications

Real-Time Alerts

Live push notifications powered by SignalR — requests, replies, and game change notices arrive as toast alerts the moment they happen, with distinct audio cues. No polling, no refresh, no missed updates.

Audit Trail

Full History

Every action — request sent, message added, status changed, game confirmed — is logged with a timestamp and user. The full decision history is always accessible.

Scoping

Role-Scoped Access

ADs see requests for their school. League Admins see requests across their league. Coaches see requests for their team. Everyone sees exactly what they need to.

Request Lifecycle

From Request to
Confirmed Game

01

Request Sent

A coach or AD sends a game request via Game Finder or directly from the schedule. The receiving school's inbox shows the request immediately.

02

Notification Delivered

The receiving AD or coach gets an in-app notification. They can respond from the inbox or directly from the notification banner.

03

Message & Negotiate

Either party can add messages to the thread — proposing alternate dates, asking about facilities, or confirming officials. All in one place.

04

Approved or Declined

The receiving party approves or declines. If approved, the game is instantly added to both schools' schedules at Confirmed status.

05

Thread Archived

The thread stays accessible for the life of the game — useful for resolving disputes, checking what was agreed, or auditing the season after the fact.

Every Request.
Every Reply. One Place.
