Built by People Who
Run Athletic Programs
ScheduleRama exists because coordinating a season across dozens of schools and leagues was still being done in spreadsheets, email chains, and phone calls.
Give Every Athletic Program a Real Command Center
Athletic directors, coaches, and league admins are doing incredible work running programs that matter to their communities. They deserve software that actually fits how they operate — not generic tools bent sideways to handle a sport schedule.
ScheduleRama is purpose-built for the specific workflows, roles, and communication patterns of high school and amateur athletic programs.
Principles We Build By
Fit the Workflow, Don't Fight It
Every feature is designed around how athletic programs actually operate — not how a generic SaaS company thinks they should. We talk to ADs, coaches, and league admins constantly.
Roles Matter
A coach shouldn't see another school's full schedule. A league admin shouldn't accidentally delete a game. Access control is a core feature, not an afterthought.
Accountability Over Chaos
Every request, message, and approval creates a permanent record. "Who confirmed that game?" should have a clear answer — always.
Speed Without Shortcuts
The Group Scheduler pre-populates an entire season in minutes. But it shows you a full preview before committing a single game. Fast and careful aren't opposites.
Connected Programs
Schedules don't exist in isolation. Game Finder connects programs looking for open dates. Requests flow between schools. The network makes everyone's season better.
Less Admin, More Sport
Every hour saved on scheduling logistics is an hour someone can spend coaching, developing athletes, or running their program better. That's what we're optimizing for.
Where ScheduleRama Came From
It started with a frustrating email chain. A league director trying to coordinate 18 schools, 6 sports, and fall and spring seasons — tracking everything in a master spreadsheet that only one person could edit at a time. Conflicts were caught late. Games got double-booked. Coaches were working from outdated PDFs.
The tools available were either generic calendar apps that didn't understand sports structure, or enterprise systems built for professional leagues that cost more than a school's entire athletics budget.
"We needed something purpose-built. Something that understands the difference between a request and a confirmation. That knew what a league is, what a level is, what a home-and-away balance means. So we built it."
ScheduleRama launched with a single league pilot in 2023 and has grown through direct partnerships with athletic directors and league administrators who helped shape every feature. Every workflow in the platform traces back to a real conversation with someone running a real program.
Meet the Team — Real experience. Real solutions. Built for you.
Tito Soriano
20+ years working as a Software Developer in Education. With 25+ years of coaching experience, along with serving as Athletic Director, Tito has seen the headaches of managing a season firsthand. Creating an efficient, cost-saving solution to help districts is right in his wheelhouse.
Steve Mitzel
With years of experience as a Director of Operations in education, Steve recognized the need for a solution that creates a supportive environment — one that alleviates the operational headaches that athletic departments so often face when managing a season.
Brad Eaton
Obsessive about workflows, Brad ensures every feature starts with a conversation with an actual AD, coach, or league admin before a single line of code is written. His experience as an Athletic Director has been instrumental in shaping Schedulerama into the solution it has become.
Rosie Converse Soriano
If you think Schedulerama looks and feels great, you can thank Rosie. As our marketing guru, she brings a sharp, creative eye and years of experience in software development, athletics, and coaching to the ScheduleRama team.
