This page explains how to request deletion of social publishing data connected to Facebook and Instagram through ScheduleRama.
These instructions apply to ScheduleRama's Social Publishing feature, including connected Facebook Pages, connected Instagram professional accounts, publishing destinations, and related social publishing records.

What This Covers
ScheduleRama allows authorized school or organization administrators to connect Facebook and Instagram destinations for publishing school athletics content.
This page covers deletion of data related to that connection, including:
- Social publishing connection records
- Stored access credentials or tokens used for publishing
- Connected Page and Instagram destination mappings
- Social publishing draft, publish, and delivery records tied to those connections
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion in either of the following ways.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside ScheduleRama
If your organization uses ScheduleRama Social Publishing, an authorized administrator can remove the connection from inside the product.
- Sign in to ScheduleRama
- Open Social Publishing
- Open Connections
- Select the connected Facebook or Instagram connection
- Choose Disable or remove the connection
If a school was assigned to one or more destinations under that connection, those destination assignments will no longer be available for future publishing after the connection is removed.
Option 2 — Email us
If you want ScheduleRama to delete connected social publishing data, email us at hello@schedulerama.com with the subject line Social Publishing Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your school or organization name
- The email address associated with your ScheduleRama access
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, if known
- Whether you want a single social connection removed, all social publishing connections for a school removed, or review of a broader privacy request
If we need to verify your identity or authority to act for a school or organization, we will contact you before processing the request.
What We Delete
When a valid deletion request is processed for social publishing data, ScheduleRama will delete or disable, as applicable:
- Social publishing access tokens and stored publishing credentials
- Connected Facebook Page identifiers and Instagram destination mappings stored for publishing
- School-to-destination assignment records for the removed connection
- Social publishing draft and publish records that are no longer needed for operational or audit purposes
- Social publishing delivery status records related to the removed connection, subject to any required retention
If a connection is removed, ScheduleRama will no longer be able to publish new posts to those Facebook or Instagram destinations unless a new connection is created later.
What We May Retain
ScheduleRama may retain certain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse review, system integrity, legal compliance, or internal auditing.
We may also retain athletics scheduling records that are independent of the Facebook or Instagram connection itself, including:
- School records
- Team records
- Game and schedule records
- Social post artwork or draft content not required to maintain the removed connection, where retention is necessary for operational records or organization history
Removing a Facebook or Instagram connection does not automatically delete a school's schedules, teams, or game data from ScheduleRama.
Posts Already Published
Posts that were already published to Facebook or Instagram are published to the destination account itself. Removing the connection from ScheduleRama does not guarantee removal of posts that were already published on those external platforms.
If you want previously published posts removed from Facebook or Instagram, remove them directly from the destination account or page using the tools provided by Meta.
Timeline
ScheduleRama will review deletion requests within a reasonable time after receipt.
If we need identity or organization authorization verification, the request may take longer. If your request is unusually complex, we may contact you to clarify scope before completion.
